How much does Country Club Furniture charge for delivery?

Unlike other furniture companies, Country Club Furniture never charges for delivery.

How would my furniture be delivered?

The majority of items offered on our website will be delivered by a professional furniture delivery company. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. At the time of delivery, your furniture will be brought to the room of your choice. If you see "FREE DELIVERY" on the product page to the left of the "Add to Cart" button, you can rest assured this service will be included with your order at no additional cost! You will be thankful when we are hauling in that new 500-pound china cabinet, not you! We obviously pay a lot more for this service than our competitors do, who only drop the furniture at your curb. We simply believe it is worth the extra expense to make sure that our customers are happy, and that furniture arrives right the first time. Coleman Furniture will work tirelessly to make sure that you have a positive experience working with us.

Smaller items that list "FREE HOME DELIVERY" will ship via Fedex, UPS, or LTL service. If assembly is required it will be the customer's responsibility to assemble the furniture. Only a small percentage of our orders ship this way, however, we do offer items that it's simply not economical to do a white glove delivery.

We offer free delivery on all orders shipping within the greater Chicago area. 

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

In-Stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 days. We offer next-day FREE delivery to the greater Chicago area for selected items and brands. Check the product page.  Delivery time to your home is generally 2 to 4 weeks from when your order is placed (based on where you are located). We have different distribution centers, and if you are fortunate to live near one of them it is very possible that you will receive your order in less than 2 weeks! Since Inventory changes frequently we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order. We will send you updates via e-mail as soon as they are available and keep you updated as the order moves along.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must be new and in unused condition.

A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Mattresses, Foundations, Bedding, Linens, and Cordless Power Packs are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. To return items for an exchange, or refund, please contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States; therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return warehouse address. All returns and exchanges are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with our “Free Shipping,” we will charge our “actual” outbound shipping charges as the shipping charges are included in the price but customer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by Country Club Furniture. 

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable unless a written exemption was provided by Country Club Furniture. Your will be refunded once Country Club Furniture receives the returned merchandise. Always measure the space you plan on placing the furniture to make sure it will fit prior to making an order.
